  The worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased gas on Friday and use a loadable card for such purchases. Shell corporation is holding $150.00 for a $25.00 purchase. I stopped by this morning and was told it should of processed by now and to come by tonight. I forgot to stop so I called on my way home to Idaho. The girl who answered the phone basically said oh well too bad for you that's not our problem call back tomorrow when someone can give you corporate's number. When asked if she could give me the number, she made some excuse and said no. I expressed my frustration, she said ok, we don't care. I wont go there ever again.
