  Purchased a washer online, had it delivered and paid extra to have them haul away the old one. The system automatically scheduled a day for delivery, and I was told I would be contacted for a time that day. The night before, I received a call saying "let us know if you have questions, otherwise the drivers will contact you in the morning." The morning rolled around and no phone call...then the doorbell rang. Here was our washer. Good thing we were home! I had no idea they were coming. They also were unaware that I had paid to have the old washer hauled away.
