  I ordered about 20 lights from Thomson and they claimed to have included LED bulbs for everything and charged me for all the bulbs. But, when we unpacked everything and installed the lights, we found out they had shorted us 10 bulbs (not to mention one of the fixtures was shattered). When I called them, they said I better just look around for the bulbs because they had written down that they had given us bulbs for everything. I let them know I was the one who picked them up and unloaded them into my house and they hadn't moved since. But, the lady I spoke with was very abrupt and told me I had lost them and better look around. They made zero effort to work through the issue with me. You would think when you order an entire house worth of lights from someone, you would get a little courtesy in return.
